- Birth certificate copy of the US, itself.
- An unexpired passport copy.
- A consular report copy of birth abroad.
- A copy of your lawful citizenship must testify to your status.
- Proof of your marital status
- Brother and sister of same parents or half brothers and sisters
- Brothers and sisters born out of wedlock.
- For adopted siblings before the age of sixteen and have lived with the parents at least for two years.
